Details of the Job/Internship

UN Legal Group is hiring a Junior Associate to work with them at the Delhi location.

Role and Responsibilities

The Junior Associate will be responsible for assisting in various legal tasks related to corporate law, including research, drafting legal documents, attending client meetings, and offering legal advice under the supervision of senior advocates.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of Company Law and Legal Consultation.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and assist senior advocates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Intellectual Property Rights and MSME laws.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus.
