Details of the Job/Internship
Verdict Legal Solutions is hiring a Junior Associate with experience of 0–1 years PQE to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients and assist senior counsel in litigation matters before the High Court and other judicial forums.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases and advisory mandates.
- Draft various legal documents, including petitions, applications, and formal notices in a precise manner.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is properly organized for court hearings.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both English and Hindi.
- Assist in the preparation of evidence and legal arguments for trial and appellate stages.
- Coordinate with court registries to ensure timely filing and procedural compliance.
Eligibility
- LL.B. Graduate from a recognized university.
- 0–1 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) specifically in litigation.
- Prior experience or exposure to proceedings before the High Court is required.
- High proficiency in both English and Hindi (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and demanding environment.
