Details of the Job/Internship
Vidhidnya Associates is hiring a Junior Associate to join their office in Pune City.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyse laws, judicial precedents, and statutes.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, notices, and agreements.
- Assist in preparing case files and legal briefs.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Coordinate with clients and manage legal documentation.
- Perform administrative legal tasks as required under supervision.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB/LLM) from a recognised institution.
- Enrollment as an Advocate under the Bar Council of India is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of litigation, dispute resolution, and court procedures.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Relevant work experience or internships in law firms or with legal practitioners is advantageous.
