Details of the Job/Internship

Vohra & Vohra IP Attorneys is hiring Junior Associates, both freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience, to join their office in Jangpura Extension, New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters independently in IP prosecution and litigation.
• Appear in various courts and assist in drafting legal documents.
• Manage client interactions and coordinate with senior counsels.
• File trademark, design, and copyright applications.
• Respond to office actions and attend hearings at IP offices.
• Manage contested proceedings including oppositions and rectifications.

Eligibility

• L.L.B. qualification and eligibility to practice law in India.
• PQE: Fresher or 1–3 years (prior IPR law firm experience mandatory for experienced candidates).
• Sound knowledge of substantive and procedural IP laws.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and committed to a long-term association.

Salary/Stipend
