Details of the Job/Internship

Janus Law Associates is seeking a motivated and talented Junior Associate to join their team in, New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on various topics and provide summaries, legal opinions and case analysis.
• Attend court proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, applications etc.
• Assist in case preparation, including organizing documents, drafting correspondence, and communicating with clients.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on client matters, offering support as needed.
• Opportunity to write on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal role, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Strong research skills and ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Excellent drafting and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
