Wordict-IP is looking for a Legal Associate to join their team for a dedicated contract review role. This position involves analyzing, reviewing, and summarizing complex agreements, requiring a strong grasp of contract law and an ability to interpret technical terms with precision.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing and summarizing complex contractual agreements.
- Ensuring clarity, compliance, and risk assessment in contracts.
- Collaborating closely with our legal team for contract-related matters.
Eligibility
- Law graduates with experience in contract review and analysis.
- Strong understanding of technical and high-value contracts.
- Preferably based in Hyderabad, India.
