Minara Legal is hiring a Junior Associate / Legal Consultant with experience of 2–3 years to join their team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle corporate transactions and commercial drafting.
• Draft and review shareholder agreements and investor agreements.
• Draft employment agreements and provide HR advisory.
• Handle media and entertainment transactions.
• Draft legal notices and demand notices.
• Handle cheque bouncing cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Assist in general litigation and advisory work.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate across multiple practice areas.
• Well-spoken, client-facing, and professionally presentable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
