Details of the Job/Internship

RSA Law Consultants is hiring two Junior Associates with 1–2 years of experience and one Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Corporate and Litigation team at Defence Colony, New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, replies, written statements, rejoinders, agreements, and statements of claim/defence.
• Handle matters under the IBC, Companies Act, and Arbitration Act.
• Appear and assist before NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and arbitral tribunals.
• Conduct legal research and provide corporate advisory support.
• Manage multiple assignments with attention to detail and professionalism.

Eligibility

• Junior Associate: 1–2 years of experience (internship or exposure to NCLT/NCLAT or arbitration work considered).
• Associate: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate litigation and advisory.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.
