Details of the Job/Internship

Khemka & Associates is hiring for the position of Junior Associates - Litigation with 1-2 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, and petitions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare detailed case briefs.
• Represent clients in courts and tribunals under supervision.
• Assist in court appearances, procedural filings (including e-filing), and documentation management.
• Support senior lawyers in case strategy and client interactions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized university with a consistently strong academic record.
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.

Salary/Stipend
