Details of the Job/Internship
KLS LEGAL is hiring a Junior Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
The Junior Associate will play a key role in supporting litigation and dispute resolution matters, including legal research, drafting, and case management. The role involves close collaboration with senior advocates and counsels in developing strategies, analyzing legal issues, ensuring compliance, and participating actively in client meetings and court proceedings.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in legal research, analysis, and writing.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and supporting litigation.
- Knowledge of dispute resolution processes and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; Bar Council registration preferred.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department will be an advantage.
