SKB & Associate (Solicitor & Advocate) are hiring Junior Associates for their Kolkata Office.

Eligibility: LLB/LLM Graduates/Masters
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Area of Practice: DRT, NCLT, High Court( Original and Appellate side), Real Estate, Consumer Forum and District Courts.
Salary: As Per Industry Standards.
Requirement:
1. It is preferred that the candidate should be residing at or around Kolkata, West Bengal.
2.
A) The candidate applying should be familiar with practices followed in The Hon'ble High Court, Learned District Courts, Hon'ble Tribunals and other Forums.
B) The candidate if applying for Real Estate should be familiar with the drafting of Agreements, Conveyancing and procedures of Registration of documents.
