Details of the Job/Internship
Elevate is hiring a Junior Commercial Attorney with at least 6 months of legal experience to join their Centre of Excellence in Cracow, Poland, for a temporary remote position. The role involves reviewing document bundles, resolving deficiencies, coordinating with clients, and supporting legal review processes. This position requires a daily workload of 4–5 hours and is open only to Poland-based candidates.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review document bundles provided electronically by the client.
- Identify relevant documents and remove irrelevant documents from bundles.
- Raise and resolve issues such as missing or deficient documents.
- Manage the query escalation and response process with the client.
- Assess document bundle complexity and determine AI-led or human review suitability.
- Instruct the legal team to begin review after issues are resolved.
- Update tracking platforms and spreadsheets to display real-time status and progress.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of legal experience in banking and finance, commercial contracting, real estate, or dispute resolution in a law firm or in-house role.
- Law degree or last-year law student.
- Working proficiency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proactive, collaborative, and resilient attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a global organisation.
- High proficiency in IT tools and systems.
