Helic & Co. is hiring a Junior Compliance Analyst with 0–2 years of experience for a remote position. The role supports the compliance function by assisting with monitoring, review, and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and is suited for early-career professionals seeking exposure to regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in monitoring compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and controls.
• Supporting compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
• Maintaining compliance documentation, logs, and records.
• Reviewing transactions, reports, and business activities for regulatory adherence.
• Supporting the investigation and escalation of potential compliance issues.
• Tracking regulatory changes and assisting in updating policies and procedures.
• Preparing basic compliance reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Supporting compliance training and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinating with internal teams to collect information required for compliance activities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or a related analytical role.
• Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment.
• Strong ethical judgement and integrity.

Salary/Stipend
