Helic & Co. is hiring a Junior Compliance Analyst with experience of 0–2 years for a remote position. The role supports the compliance function by assisting in monitoring, reviewing, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and is suited for early-career professionals seeking exposure to regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal controls.
- Support compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
- Maintain compliance documentation, logs, and records.
- Review transactions, reports, and business activities for regulatory adherence.
- Support investigation and escalation of potential compliance issues.
- Track regulatory changes and assist in updating policies and procedures.
- Prepare basic compliance reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Support compliance training and awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information required for compliance activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or a related analytical role.
- Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment.
- High ethical judgment and integrity.
