Details of the Job/Internship

CoKaCo is hiring for the position of Junior Compliance Officer with 0-5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• User Support: Respond to user requests and queries in accordance with established company processes.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Risk Management, Legal, Internal Audit, IT, and HR to direct compliance incidents to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
• External Reporting: Ensure proper reporting of compliance violations to external authorities as per regulatory requirements.
• Compliance Monitoring: Identify, assess, monitor, and manage compliance risks across the organization, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Board and Management Reporting: Keep the Board and senior management informed of regulatory changes, compliance risks, and significant developments. Provide clarification on any compliance-related issues.
• Regulatory Communication: Report significant compliance risks and changes to the Board, Audit Committee, and Managing Director promptly.
• Regulator Liaison: Manage sensitive communications and correspondence with regulatory bodies such as RBI, SEBI, and stock exchanges, including responding to information requests.
• Policy Implementation: Collaborate with various departments to implement regulatory changes and new mandates issued by RBI and other regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• Experience Level: 0-5 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Qualifications: Qualified or semi-qualified candidates are eligible to apply.
