Details of the Job/Internship
Al-Ansari & Associates is hiring a Junior Corporate Associate to join their office in Lusail. The role involves assisting senior attorneys in corporate matters, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys in corporate cases.
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support client meetings.
- Maintain organized case files.
- Stay updated on changes in the legal landscape.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Legal research, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Understanding of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, client interaction, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in a corporate law firm is a plus.
