Details of the Job/Internship

Astruc & Co. is hiring a Junior Corporate Consultant with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage business setup files from licensing through post-incorporation, banking coordination, and immigration processes.
• Coordinate across UAE free zones and mainland authorities.
• Maintain documentation compliance for immigration and corporate filings.
• Support KYC and AML documentation processes.
• Handle document legalisation, attestations, and translations.
• Manage procedures with DET, ADDED, and various UAE free zones.
• Work with immigration systems and legalisation platforms.
• Support bank account opening coordination.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in business setup and compliance. Excellent English skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
