Details of the Job/Internship
LawCircle is hiring a Corporate Lawyer (0–2 years PQE) for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. The role involves providing legal advice and assistance on corporate and commercial matters, working closely with other legal professionals within the firm.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Advising clients on compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in due diligence processes for transactions.
- Managing client communications and providing sound legal advice.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised university.
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Bar Council membership and eligibility to practise law in India.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law, Compliance, and Contract Law.
- Familiarity with corporate regulatory frameworks and transactional law will be advantageous.
