Details of the Job/Internship
Levari is looking for candidates for the role of Junior Dispute Resolution with experience of 1 to 2 years.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist associates in managing a diverse caseload, including commercial disputes, employment matters, and other legal disputes. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Observe courtroom etiquette and assist in presenting arguments and evidence. Draft and file court documents, including motions and appeals.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law. Analyze and interpret legal precedents to provide informed advice to clients and support litigation strategies.
- Organize and maintain case files, including evidence, pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support senior associates in all aspects of case management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Admission to the Egyptian Bar Association.
- 1-2 years of experience in dispute resolution and litigation, through previous legal roles.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedure.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and advocacy skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
