Details of the Job/Internship
Suraksha Diagnostics is hiring a Junior Executive Legal to support its legal team with drafting, case management, and legal research at their Kolkata office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and notices.
- Assist in managing legal cases and tracking deadlines.
- Conduct legal research on precedents, regulations, and statutes.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and support due diligence activities.
- Communicate with clients and provide case updates under supervision.
- Coordinate with external counsels and law firms.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and legal documents.
- Liaise with government offices on legal matters.
Eligibility
- A degree in Law or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in a legal environment and familiarity with legal software and case management tools is preferred.
