Lex Protector is inviting law students to join their office in Bhubaneswar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Copyright & Trademark Filing: Assist in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of trademark and copyright applications in India and abroad.
- Search & Analysis: Conduct trademark and copyright searches, analyze results, and prepare reports for clients.
- IP Portfolio Management: Support the maintenance and renewal of copyright and trademark registrations.
- Legal Research: Research and provide insights on copyright and trademark infringement, opposition, and enforcement matters.
- Client Support: Draft and review client communications, agreements, and legal notices related to copyright and trademark law.
- IP Strategy Development: Contribute to developing strategies for the protection, enforcement, and commercialization of copyright and trademark assets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited institution.
- Fundamental understanding of Copyright and Trademark Law.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in managing deadlines and handling detailed documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with an eagerness to learn and grow.
