Details of the Job/Internship

Valet Patent Services Limited is hiring a Junior Intellectual Property Paralegal to join their office in Romania.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing support to the annuity team by sending costs and reminders to clients, arranging pre-payments, and attending to payments of annuity fees.
• Preparing reminders and formal reporting emails to clients across a wide variety of IP actions.
• Assisting with preparation of responses to official communications and notifications.
• Monitor and update electronic docket(s) for responsible attorney(s) and assigned paralegal tasks on a daily basis.
• Monitor assigned tasks proactively to ensure that all related deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Full training will be provided in all areas of IP as the role progresses.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in paralegal studies, intellectual property, or a related field.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to meet set deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of matters and other firm business information.
• Experience as a patent paralegal in a law office or corporate setting.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
