Shandilya Law Office is actively searching for a junior associate to join the civil and criminal litigation team in New Delhi.
Legal Forums: Delhi High Court, All District courts, Tribunals (DRT) and Consumer Forums etc.
Role and Responsibilities
The candidate will be drafting/preparing documents, arguing before various Courts and Tribunals, and formulating strategies.
Eligibility
- The candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in litigation and should have experience of arguing before the Courts/Tribunals.
- The candidate should possess strong writing/ analytical skills, and good communication skills and should be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
