Details of the Job/Internship

Shandilya Law Offices is hiring a Junior Law Associate with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Appear before various courts and tribunals.
• Collaborate with the team on diverse legal matters.
• Prepare for and attend client meetings and case briefings.

Eligibility

• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong drafting skills.
• Good communication and research skills.
• Strong command of English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good understanding of groundwork.
• Ability to present arguments in court.
• Ability to manage new types of cases.
• Punctuality and sincerity are essential.
