Details of the Job/Internship
Flynaut LLC is hiring a Junior Lawyer with 0–2 years of experience in civil and/or criminal law to join their team in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers in civil and criminal litigation matters.
- Draft, review, and proofread contracts, petitions, agreements, and notices.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Liaise with clients, counsels, and regulatory authorities.
- Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations under guidance.
- Maintain case files, track timelines, and ensure compliance.
- Provide legal opinions for day-to-day company matters.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
Eligibility
- LLB degree and enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- 0–2 years of experience in civil/criminal law.
- Strong knowledge of legal drafting, procedures, and case law research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Integrity in handling confidential matters.
