Details of the Job/Internship

Sevakh Global is seeking a Junior Lawyer (Cyber Law) for an on-site, contract/case-based role in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in High Court and Lower Court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Analyze cyber law issues, including data breaches, online frauds, and digital rights violations.
• Assist in compliance and regulatory matters related to cybersecurity and privacy frameworks.
• Provide advisory support on data protection laws and technology-related disputes.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and other team members on ongoing cases and dispute resolution.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity and technology law trends.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) and active enrollment with the Bar Council.
• 1–3 years of experience in Cyber Law, Data Protection, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of cybercrime laws, IT Act, and privacy regulations.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with international legal frameworks is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
