Details of the Job/Internship

Sevakh Global is hiring a Junior Lawyer (Litigation) with experience of minimum 2 years to join their office in Kochi (Ernakulam). This full-time, on-site role involves conducting legal research, providing legal advice, assisting in case preparation, representing clients in court, and drafting legal documents. The Junior Lawyer will collaborate with senior attorneys, manage litigation strategies, and participate in settlement negotiations to secure favourable outcomes for clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice.
• Assist in preparation and management of litigation matters.
• Represent clients before courts.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on litigation strategies.
• Participate in negotiations and dispute resolution processes.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law, legal procedures, and legal principles.
• Experience in handling legal issues and providing professional legal advice.
• Familiarity with court processes and legal documentation.
• Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Membership in an accredited Bar Council is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
