Jimson Associates is hiring a Junior Lawyer (Non-Litigation) for a full-time, on-site role in Trichur. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review a variety of legal agreements, contracts, and non-litigation documents.
• Provide clear and actionable legal advice to clients on various professional and personal legal matters.
• Conduct exhaustive legal research and analysis to address complex jurisdictional issues.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate settlements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ensure organizational and client compliance with all relevant legal regulations and frameworks.
• Assist senior consultants in crafting comprehensive legal strategies for corporate and individual clients.
• Manage and organize legal documentation to support seamless consultancy operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proficiency in core legal principles and a strong understanding of non-litigation legal issues.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation capabilities to facilitate complex agreements.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing assigned tasks.
• Preferred: Prior experience in non-litigation legal work, corporate drafting, or legal consulting.
• Relevant certifications in specialized legal domains are an added advantage.
