Details of the Job/Internship

R&Y Realty is hiring a Junior Lawyer with experience of relevant years to join their office in Devanahalli. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for property acquisitions and projects.
• Manage and negotiate client contracts to ensure organizational interests are protected.
• Ensure company operations comply with relevant property laws and government regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal entities to address legal challenges.
• Perform legal research and analyze complex matters to provide expert advice.
• Advise on legal risks and recommend effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure all documentation and processes align with current regulatory frameworks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
• Current membership in the Bar Council is mandatory.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding Kannada.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, compliance requirements, and government regulations.
• Expertise in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and document review.
• Ability to conduct independent legal research and analyze complex issues.
• Experience in the real estate industry or property-related legal matters is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
