Details of the Job/Internship
Axiphyl is hiring for the position of Junior Lawyer with Accounting expertise with 2-3 years of experience to join them in their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate and complete accounts information is captured in customer relationship management system.
- Monitoring financial trends and write financial reports and cash-flow statements.
- Prepare information on the financial direction of the business.
- Assist Accounts and Finance Team with legal matters and follow-up.
- Support recovery of dues, including from government clients.
- Handle routine legal documentation and compliance tasks.
- Create all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning
- Reporting about the account status regularly.
- Address and ensure compliance with GST and IT department issues, RoC, and MCA requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IP and Patents Laws, Corporate Law, Privacy Laws, MSME Act, and NCLT processes.
Eligibility
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate finance or financial management.
- Degree in CA/CS with LLB would be an added advantage.
- Good Exposure to civil and criminal laws.
- Strong analytical and Excellent communication skills (Kannada, Hindi and English : Atleast two of them).
- Ability to work full-time and collaborate with tech and healthcare teams.
