Role and Responsibilities
The Junior Associate is responsible, preparing documentation, preparing case summaries and memos, Corporate Agreement Drafting, Trademarks Registration, Copyright Registration, Trust and Society Registration, or Title Verification and providing general administrative support to the legal team.
Eligibility
- A recent law graduate.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Good understanding of Indian law and legal procedures.
- Diligent, details-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and legal research databases.
- Language proficiency in Marathi, English and Hindi.
- Prior relevant legal experience is a plus.
