Details of the Job/Internship
AG Law Consultants is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join its office in Faridabad. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Junior Lawyer will support senior lawyers in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing cases, and providing legal opinions. The role involves client communication, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting agreements, attending court hearings, liaising with regulatory authorities, and staying updated on relevant legal developments. The junior lawyer will be required to be present in the office from 6–8 in the evening.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Supporting senior lawyers in case preparation.
- Providing legal opinions and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Managing client communications and correspondence.
- Attending court hearings and liaising with regulatory authorities.
- Keeping updated with legal developments relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Prior internships or experience in relevant practice areas preferred.
