Details of the Job/Internship
AGNETRA is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys in case preparation.
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in court.
- Support in civil litigation, criminal defense, intellectual property rights, and matrimonial cases.
- Handle client consultations and case file management.
- Attend court hearings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal procedures and regulations.
Eligibility
- Strong research skills and ability to analyze legal documents.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Experience in civil litigation, criminal defense, and intellectual property rights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Previous experience in a legal practice is a plus.
