Details of the Job/Internship
Amorim Luxury Group is hiring a Junior Lawyer with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Portugal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal support in the negotiation and review of real estate contracts, which include: (i) contracts - promise to buy and sell properties; (ii) constitution of surface rights, (iii) tourist exploitation contracts, (iv) commercial lease contracts;
- Process management in the Real Estate, Construction, and Urban Planning sector;
- Provision of legal advice, namely through the issuance of legal opinions and analyses;
- Monitoring and support in due diligence/KYC processes;
- Legal support in licensing processes and administrative offense processes;
- Support in formalizing franchise contracts.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in law;
- Admitted attorney with Bar Association (2 to 3 years at least);
- Previous experience in performing identical or similar functions in a business context (in-house) and knowledge in the area of urban planning law;
- Excellent written and oral command of the English language (mandatory);
- Good organizational skills, adaptability and agility, a taste for teamwork, and a pragmatic approach to performing duties.
