Apurva Joshhi & Associates is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Thane, Maharashtra. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, carrying out property due diligence, and providing legal advice to clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
• Draft legal documents.
• Perform property due diligence.
• Prepare title reports and handle conveyancing matters.
• Provide legal advice to clients.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Additional legal certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience or internships in a legal environment is beneficial.
• Strong legal research, legal writing, and drafting skills.
• Knowledge of legal due diligence, title reports, and conveyancing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Salary/Stipend
