Bansal Lawyers is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves assisting with legal research, drafting documents, preparing contracts, and supporting senior lawyers in litigation and case management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and contracts.
- Assist senior lawyers in litigation and case management.
- Communicate with clients and provide necessary updates.
- Attend court proceedings as required.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and maintain high-quality client service.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or JD) or equivalent qualification.
- Admitted to practice law in Victoria or eligible for admission.
- Strong skills in legal research, legal writing, and document drafting.
- Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication, client interaction, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with effective time management and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous internship or professional experience in a law firm is an asset.
