Details of the Organization
The position is with the Chamber of Advocate Swapnil Ambure, Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) empanelled with the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The chamber handles a range of criminal and civil litigation matters. Work includes matters before the Bombay High Court, Mumbai Trial Courts, and occasionally other jurisdictions.
Details of the Job/Internship
Chamber of Advocate Swapnil Ambure is hiring a Junior Lawyer with experience from the 2022–2024 batches to join their office in Fort, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and legal research.
- Support in handling criminal and civil litigation matters.
- Attend court proceedings before the Bombay High Court and Trial Courts in Mumbai.
- Assist the senior in case preparation and day-to-day court work.
- Take initiative in managing responsibilities effectively.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from the 2022–2024 batch.
- Strong interest in litigation.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Dedicated and diligent approach to work.
