Details of the Job/Internship

Chamber of Rajpurohit is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research and analyze legal materials to support ongoing litigation.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive case briefs and legal opinions for senior advocates.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and various contracts.
• Appear in court and before tribunals under the supervision of senior members of the chamber.
• Assist in client consultations and provide preliminary legal analysis of their matters.
• Ensure timely compliance with all legal procedures, filing deadlines, and court mandates.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize on complex cases and develop effective legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Mandatory membership with the Bar Council.
• Proficiency in legal research, case analysis, and preparing structured case briefs.
• Strong skills in drafting legal documents and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with local court procedures and regulatory compliance in Tamil Nadu.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
• Prior internship experience or a background in litigation is considered a significant advantage.
