Details of the Job/Internship

Chandigarh Arbitration Consultants is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Mohali District. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Draft and review legal documents related to arbitration cases.
• Assist in arbitration proceedings and provide legal consultancy.
• Coordinate with lawyers, clients, and internal departments.
• Support in pre- and post-arbitration legal work.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of contract laws and arbitration procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior internships or experience in legal practice preferred.
• Bar Council membership is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
