Details of the Job/Internship
D V Rao & Associates (D&A) is seeking a Joiner Lawyer to join them at their Madhapur, Hyderabad, office.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to clients.
- Responsible for day-to-day tasks including conducting Corporate law research, drafting Corporate legal documents, reviewing contracts, advising clients on legal matters, and filing IBC, and NCLT Petitions.
- Junior Lawyer will represent clients in NCLT, and IBC proceedings, if necessary.
Eligibility
- Work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Master's degree in Law (LLM) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and relevant legal frameworks.
- Experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
