DALMAF Private Limited is hiring a Junior Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
- Manage contracts and support contract-related documentation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise clients on legal matters and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to relevant legal frameworks and corporate laws.
- Support the legal team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Collaborate with internal professionals to deliver integrated client services.
Eligibility
- Degree in law from an accredited institution with enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, document review, and contract management.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of compliance regulations, legal frameworks, and corporate law.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and office software.
- Prior experience in corporate, commercial, or property law is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, team-oriented environment.
