EBG Group is hiring a Junior Lawyer with 2 years of experience to join its office in Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising joint venture agreements, LOIs, MOUs, franchise and FOCO/FOFO agreements.
- Handling supplier, vendor, service, leasing, licensing, employment contracts, NDAs, term sheets, and addendums.
- Negotiating contract terms with external parties, partners, and vendors.
- Supporting business expansions, acquisitions, franchising, and partnerships.
- Conducting legal due diligence and identifying risks in proposed transactions.
- Assisting with stamping, notarisation, digital execution, and record maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with Indian company law, contract law, FDI norms, and sector-specific regulations.
- Coordinating with external law firms for disputes, litigation, and notices.
- Developing standard contract templates and maintaining a central legal database.
- Providing internal legal support and educating teams on legal processes.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a reputed law college.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate legal roles.
- Exposure to diversified businesses, franchising, or FOCO/FOFO models is preferred.
Salary/Stipend
INR 30,000 to INR 40,000 per month.
