Details of the Job/Internship

G Dubey & Co. is urgently hiring a Junior Lawyer with 1–2 years of experience for litigation work before the Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi, and Tribunals. The role involves assisting the Senior Associate and handling drafting, research, and filing-related litigation work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Associate in litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings and documents relating to civil, matrimonial, and real estate matters.
• Draft legal notices and replies.
• Conduct legal research.
• Handle filing of cases, documents, and applications, both online and offline.
• Manage basic documentation processes including scanning and bookmarking.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with 1–2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience before the Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi, and Tribunals.
• Strong drafting skills in civil matters, matrimonial disputes, notices, replies, and real estate documents.
• Good legal research skills.
• Knowledge of online and offline filing of cases, documents, and applications.
• Basic skills in scanning, bookmarking, and document management.
• Preference for candidates residing in Delhi NCR.

Salary/Stipend
