Having 16 years of experience being a Litigation Lawyer in the field of Matrimonial Disputes, Commercial Disputes, Family and Real Estate Disputes, and Disputes related to Banking and Debt Recovery. Have successfully dealt with several matters of corporate giants as a Sole Arbitrator. 

Details of the Job/Internship

They are Looking for Law Graduates having experience of at least 1-2 years who may apply for litigation work in the Delhi High Court and District Courts of Delhi and Tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Associates and must have good drafting skills in Civil matters, Matrimonial disputes, drafting notices and replies, Real Estate matters, and documents. Should have good skills in legal research. 

Eligibility

• Must have knowledge and experience in filing cases, documents, and applications online and offline as well as with the basics of scanning, bookmarking, etc.
• Candidates residing in Delhi NCR would be given preference.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
