Details of the Job/Internship

Gurnani Group is hiring a Junior Lawyer with relevant experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalise contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical support.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Liaise with external legal counsel for legal guidance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
• Proficiency in contract drafting and legal documentation.
• Knowledge of litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in property law or real estate is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
