Details of the Job/Internship

Gyanada Legal LLP is hiring for the position of Junior Lawyer to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Filing, documentation, and appearances before:
• Civil and Criminal Courts
• High Court
• Consumer Forum, RERA, and Cooperative Courts
• Assist in legal drafting, including plaints, written statements, affidavits, notices, and submissions
• Appear before courts for adjournments, submissions, and follow-ups
• Conduct legal research and maintain updated case files
• Coordinate and travel to courts in Mumbai and Thane

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in court filings and court appearances is essential.
• Familiarity with basic legal procedures across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and a responsible attitude.
• Must be based in Mumbai and open to daily travel within city limits.

Salary/Stipend

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
