Details of the Job/Internship
India LawShield is hiring a Junior Lawyer for a full-time remote position. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting documents, reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, assisting in dispute resolution, and supporting senior lawyers in various legal tasks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Review contracts and provide legal advice.
- Assist in dispute resolution processes.
- Support senior lawyers in various legal assignments.
- Interact daily with clients and team members to ensure efficient legal assistance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or related field.
- Bar Council registration.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Experience in reviewing contracts and providing legal advice.
- Good understanding of dispute resolution processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with AI-powered legal tools and platforms is a plus.
