Details of the Job/Internship
India Lawshield is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Lawyer to work with them in remote mode.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, providing advisory support, and assisting in dispute resolution.
- The role requires working closely with clients and leveraging their technology-driven platform to deliver efficient, high-quality legal solutions.
- Collaboration with senior legal professionals to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery will also be a key aspect of the position.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and preparing Legal Memoranda.
- Proficiency in Drafting Contracts, Agreements, and other Legal Documents.
- Experience in Dispute Resolution and Client Advisory Services.
- Ability to Interpret Laws, Regulations, and Compliance Requirements.
- Familiarity with Technology-Driven Legal Tools and AI Integration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or higher).
- Bar Council registration and prior experience in corporate or legal advisory roles is a plus.
