Details of the Job/Internship

IPRinn Associates is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their Bengaluru office in a full-time on-site role. The position is open to freshers interested in pursuing a career in Intellectual Property law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Manage IP filings and registrations.
• Assist in client consultations and support IP enforcement activities.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare litigation paperwork.
• Assist in contract review and management of trademark and patent portfolios.
• Ensure timely compliance with regulatory procedures.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Strong foundation in Intellectual Property laws, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design protection.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
• Knowledge of litigation processes and ability to prepare related documentation.
• Internship or coursework in IP law is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with commitment to learning and development.

Salary/Stipend
