Details of the Job/Internship

IPRinn Associates is hiring a Junior Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Junior Lawyer will conduct IP searches, handle trademark, Patent,
• Copyright, and design registration applications, assist in trademark infringement cases in court and provide legal advice on trademark matters.
• The role also involves drafting legal documents, conducting client meetings, litigating. and staying updated on trademark laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of trademark laws and registration procedures.
• Legal drafting and document review abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
•  Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Previous experience in intellectual property law is a plus.
•  Membership in the Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
